About the role
As an Office Coordinator, you play a central role in creating a well-functioning, pleasant, and professional workplace. You are responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly in everyday life and serve as a key support to employees, managers, and visitors. The role combines service, administration, and practical coordination, making it a perfect fit for you if you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and contributing where needed.
Your main responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operations of our office and contribute to a welcoming and well-organized workplace. You act as a natural point of contact for practical and administrative matters, handling tasks such as orders, invoice processing, gift cards, mail and package handling, and other office services. You receive visitors, support operations with incoming calls, and assist with meetings, activities, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
The role involves both administrative and practical tasks. In addition to ongoing administration, you help with things that need to function in daily life, such as preparing meeting rooms, handling materials and dispatches, or solving practical issues in the office.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys creating order and structure. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and have an egalitarian approach. You thrive in a varied role where administrative tasks are combined with practical elements, and you are not afraid to jump in where needed. As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-sufficient, and have a natural ability to collaborate with others.
We believe you have experience in administration, office services, or similar tasks. You work comfortably with Microsoft 365 and communicate well in both Swedish and English. Experience with invoice processing or office coordination is a plus.

The position is 75% with working hours Monday to Friday, reporting to the HR Manager. We have a six-month probation period.
